Hands-on projects and engaging experiences using the VEX Robotics platform and Aerial Drone programs.

Robotics and Aerial Drone programming is gaining momentum in the educational arena worldwide. Our curriculum is extremely conducive to students with diverse learning styles by helping them explore math, science, and logic through fun and practical application. Students will use the VEX Robotics Platform to build, code, and refine their technological designs to apply innovative ideas.

The Drone programming course will provide an opportunity to learn about the engineering principles, basic safety, and social responsibility of drone flying.

Thursday 5:00 - 6:30 PM CST

Students will

• Design simple to complex builds with motors, advanced gears, and sensors
• Become familiar with the physical concepts of momentum, simple machines, and in general physics of motion
• Apply communication, creativity, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills
