Hands-on experience in programming, electronics, and robotics.

Students will learn programming concepts by solving challenges that resemble real-world problems. Block-based programming reduces the frustration for young coders, allowing them to focus more on understanding concepts. As the students work through problem-solving, they develop valuable debugging skills that will be useful as they advance to the next levels. During the second part of this program, students strengthen their programming and creative skills by building 2D games.

Course Goals:

• Learn about the different parts of the robot and how to utilize the ultrasonic sensor, light sensor, and line follower sensor.
• Introduction to algorithms and how to use them.
• Learn the programming language used with mBot.
• Develop problem-solving skills through finding solutions to programming challenges. 
• Learn to create a 2D game
